kDay of Agenda - Create and manage agenda that details all activities associated with the final preparations and orchestration of your wedding. We make sure everything is running according to plan. A custom copy is provided to all vendors and assistants.
Wedding Design & Styling
We will collaborate with you on a personalized design for your day, taking all of The Joy Standards into consideration. The environment, mood and style at your wedding will feel effortless, and your guests will be well taken care of. We make sure all moving parts come together to create a day that reflects your style and personality.
Wedding Design & Styling can include, but is not limited to, these services:
mCustom mood boards and design plans for your event(s)
mBespoke theme, decor and vibe
mAdvise on florals, linens, signage and other customized details for your wedding
mVenue scouting to fit with budget and style
mDesign and production management for guest relations including save the dates, invitations, welcome bags and restroom baskets
mWork with vendors, rental companies and other design vendors to rent or buy your decor
mSet up and manage on-site details to make sure everything is as planned
Wedding Day Direction
It's your wedding day! We attend and orchestrate the entire day. We are the first to arrive and the last to leave. While there, we will be overseeing each detail for you and ensuring that your day is everything you dreamed it would be.
Wedding Day Direction includes, but is not limited to, these services:
kManage the whole day's schedule detail by detail and work with those who make it happen (DJ, Emcee, speech givers)
kOversee the set up of all ceremony and reception accessories and decorations
kQuality control climate, lighting, heat lamps
kEnsure you and your VIP guests are well fed and hydrated
kDevelop shot list and ensure that your photographer has captured all of the details prior to guest arriving and during the event
kMake sure all guest transportation is ready when they are ready to leave
kDistribute final day-of payments and vendor tips
kAfter clean up, ensure that all personal items are carefully boxed and returned to you
Add-On Services
We are happy to help you with whatever parts of wedding planning you need. Some may want us to create and plan a multi-day weekend experience such as welcome parties, rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches. We can also research and plan activities throughout the wedding weekend where guests can enjoy a variety of local experiences. Others may just want help pulling together the welcome or thank you gifts. We'll create a plan that fits your needs.
